Via the Parish Clerk, Great Braxted:
"Having made some enquiries, a long standing resident of the village has advised the pottery was made by Julius Torino, who lived in what was the village store. His kiln and workshop were at the rear and it is still there as far as we are aware. Julius died some years ago but his son and daughter still live in the house"
Mark is similar to that of Jennifer Hayes but her's is in a square stamp
