BISPM.co.uk is now https

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed via Buy Me A Coffee. We have spent the past week transferring the BISPM database over to a new server with https and gone live today, so you shouldn’t get anymore pesky messages in your browser that the website is unsafe.

Hubby has rewritten the search code so you shouldn’t see any change in the search speed. However, he did have to edit the order that the photos are loaded on each page, to speed up the search, which is why it gets a bit jumpy on a desktop PC, and starts at the bottom of each page of search results rather than the top. Sorry about that; we’re stuck with it. We still need to fix the email: info at bispm dot co dot uk – apparently I can receive them but not reply.

We now have over 21K photos, and over 7600 potters/potteries on the database. Fingers crossed it runs smoothly.
